Synopsis

Ph.D in EE is a supervised research programme. The results of which show evidence of originality, critical judgement and constitute an addition to knowledge. The research work will be supervised by at least two faculty members and progress is closely monitored throughout the period of study. Assessment is based on a viva voce and examination of the final thesis. The candidates are also expected to publish their research findings in conferences or journals. The research may be carried out either on a full-time or part-time basis.

Entry Requirement

• An honours first degree (in relevant field) from UiTM or any institutions of higher learning recognised by the UiTM Senate with at least CGPA 2.75 or;
• Other qualifications equivalent to the first degree (in a relevant field) from UiTM or any institutions of higher learning recognised by UiTM Senate and with relevant working experience of at least 1 year in a related field.
