The Master of Science Integrated Construction Project Management has been designed for all associated disciplines in construction namely;

  • Architecture,
  • Building & Building Surveying,
  • Civil Engineering,
  • Facilities Management,
  • Landscape Architecture,
  • Town and Regional Planning,
  • Quantity Surveying,
  • Interior Design, and others


In preparation for senior positions in government and project based organizations, whilst also enabling technical managers to improve their project management skills and gain a broad functional and strategic perspective on general management.


Entry Requirement


  • Bachelor of Science (Hons.) from UiTM in a related and appropriate area of specialization with minimum CGPA of 2.75; OR
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from other recognized universities approved by UiTM with minimum CGPA of 2.75.

  • Corporate Strategic Management and Organisational Behaviour in the Construction Industry
  • Integrated Simulation Project 1
  • Research methodology and Methods
  • Management of Property and Environment (Elective)*
  • Information Technology (IT/CT) in Project and Organisation (Elective)*




Semester 3


  • Integrated Simulation Project ll
  • Dissertation
  • Evaluation of Construction in the International (Global) Market (Elective)*
  • Project Manager and Sustainability (Elective)
  • Note: Two (2) electives will be offered at a time and chose one (1)
